Our research interests lie at the interface of organometallic chemistry, organic methodology, and material science. Our group is focused on the development of new methods and catalysts based on the following principles:

• Minimizing consumption and increasing sustainability in chemistry with an emphasis on re-usability and upcycling of catalysts and by-products.

• Developing unconventional strategies for the design and isolation of reactive intermediates to form new chemical bonds.

• Obtaining an in-depth mechanistic understanding of organometallic and main group processes using a variety of experimental and theoretical techniques.
